What matters in my view is whether Meow Wolf is a succcess, management can turn around the Tin Building, and sell 250 Water St. I would be surprised if any mayor or broad macro trends are going to materially impact those three. If he wins and if that leads to an acceleration in HNWs moving out of NYC, I don't think that has a significant impact on the number of people going to the properties. There are roughly 1mm paying customers going to Pier 17 each year which we hope goes to 2mm with Meow Wolf - these are going to be ordinary New Yorkers and tourists.
